St. Patrick’s day 5K was held in Stanley park Yesterday, March 15, 2014. It was a misty rainy morning but the rain stopped at the start of the race which was a blessing. The course was described as “Fast, flat course”…I agree with being a fast course, but it was not entirely flat. Long gradual down hill at the first part of the course compensates for the last part of the course which is gradual up hill.
Vancouver is known to be rainy and I don’t mind running on the treadmill on those days but when it’s sunny,I love to explore many beautiful trails we have here. Today, I went to Mosquito Creek Trail in North Vancouver.
As committed as I am to Daily Running and Workouts, there were days I miss my workouts for various excuses. Too late, too cold (Hot), too rainy, no gym at the Hotel on the trip, etc. Are you also suffering from Excusitis to stay in shape? I have a solution for you.
