No Equipment Exercise Anyone Can Do Whenever & Wherever

As committed as I am to Daily Running and Workouts, there were days I miss my workouts for various excuses. Too late, too cold (Hot), too rainy, no gym at the Hotel on the trip, etc. Are you also suffering from Excusitis to stay in shape? I have a solution for you. This is a short, yet very effective  exercise you can do at your home or Hotel room without any equipment. Ever since I discovered this exercise, I never miss my daily workout. I just do this if I skipped my running or Gym.  Here is one of the videos and workout break down

Zuzuka, who instructs exercise in the video has six pack abs and toned arms by doing this “Home exercise”only. She advocates that you don’t have to spend hours in the Gym to get in shape if you do this short, intensive exercise. Scientific evidence shows this type of exercise is highly effective on both aerobic system (Using Cardio to burn fat) and Anaerobic system ( Weight training to gain muscle) thus, more people are incorporating it these days such as Boot Camp workout and Tabata workout .

I go running too because I still compete in 5Ks  and this exercise alone cannot make me run faster but I use this to keep my cardio up and tone my body. I think I started seeing six pack…..Or it it my imagination?…(I swear, I did not suck my stomach).

This website seems to be created one of Zuzuka’s followers and it is simple and easy to navigate. Most of her exercises are equipment free but some might require a pair of dumbbells.
