No Equipment Exercise Anyone Can Do Whenever & Wherever

As committed as I am to Daily Running and Workouts, there were days I miss my workouts for various excuses. Too late, too cold (Hot), too rainy, no gym at the Hotel on the trip, etc. Are you also suffering from Excusitis to stay in shape? I have a solution for you. This is a short, yet very effective  exercise you can do at your home or Hotel room without any equipment. Ever since I discovered this exercise, I never miss my daily workout.
